Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hazi bdt ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service or product offered through the hazi bdt platform at hazi-bdt.com. By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the hazi bdt platform in any capacity, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. You acknowledge that you have had a reasonable opportunity to review the Terms before accepting them and that no misrepresentation has been made to you regarding the nature of the hazi bdt platform or the services it provides.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on hazi bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, forfeiture of any bonus or promotional balance, and reporting to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

Where a closure request is submitted, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or withdrawal verification requirements.
